I was given an early check-in (around 13:00 instead of 15:00) because my flight landed around then and the room was ready (it helps that I stayed during off-season, I think we were the only people staying at the entire property).
Access is via door-code on the main door and a normal key for your room. All very easy. Key was handed over by the host who drives down to meet you, the only interactions I had apart from that were every morning with the cleaner when I was leaving the room for the day. Super cosy and intimate stay. The host also walks you through everything in the property and offers to book you excursions and sends you restaurant recommendations via whatsapp.
The room itself is lush, nice bed, lots of space, good air-conditioning, nice bathroom and separate shower room form the toilet. The hot tub was a lot bigger than I thought it would be from the pictures and the host set it to warmer than usual given the off-season (mid October stay) which was very much appreciated. I believe the heating is only from like 18:00-22:00 though, we went in at midnight and 06:00 and it was kind of cold by then.
The upstairs terrace was also lovely, with a beautiful view towards the sunrise (not the caldera). Views for the sunset are a short walk away from the property. We had a small round dining table up there as well as two luxury sun-loungers/bed.
The property itself is also well-located, about 5-10 minutes away from most restaurants in Fira (I would heavily recommend visiting Filos, a short 5 minute walk away) as well as being a short walk to the caldera side of the island and following that path takes you to Imeroglive. Would heavily recommend walking to that Imeroglive or Fira viewpoints on Google Maps for the sunset.
I was initially apprehensive about the placement of the hot-tub, but it's actually so amazing in terms of privacy - it's completely tucked away, made for a very romantic and intimate stay.
The only hiccups we had were the hot tub being cool outside of 18:00-22:00 (but was otherwise lovely and warm during that window and we really enjoyed it), a missing bin for the first day or two (but the friendly cleaner replaced it), and that there was nobody to greet us at the property when we arrived (admittedly early for our check-in) but had to wait a completely fine 5-10 minutes for the host to drive down to meet us and hand us the keys. Also, like almost everywhere else in Greece, no flushing toilet paper down the toilet. All really minor and didn't impact our stay at all.

Amazing property and staff! Never have we stayed at such a nice place, with a convenient location and stunning modern amenities like this. The place was clean and ready for our arrival including the hot tub. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a stay in Fira.
