Good position on Via Francigena
Very spacious, comfortable and clean (in contrast to some previous reviews).
It is very overpriced compared to similar properties on Via Francigena.
The wifi worked on the day I arrived but could not function on the next day. For most adventurers on Via Francigena reliable wifi is essential. I met only a very old man on arrival and had no further contact with the owners. He clearly had no idea of the necessity of wifi for travellers who are far from home, nor how to log on.
The shower cubicle is very flimsy. Much better is usually expected in this price range. There is a washing machine but without instruction
booklet or washing powder.
A very inadequate supply of provisions for a walker’s breakfast, though I appreciate that Italian views on breakfast are not those of northern europeans.

The apartment was clean and in a decent location.
No bathroom mirror, laundry tub for a bathroom sink, no coffee maker, rock hard bed. This property feels like a work in progress. Check in was chaotic.
