The location and size of the appartment and rooftop pool.
The bed was very hard. Our non-smoking room smelt of cigarettes. The furniture and bed was very old but accurate to the photos. I should have looked closer. There is no dishwasher, laundry drying rack, plates, or bowls. There is a "kitchen" but you can only prepare food that fits in a cup. The furniture and wall cabinets are very run down. This is not 4star by Australian stanards. It could be with better furnishings and maintenance.
