Fraudulent, not existing location and switched off the property phone number.
Fake location and mobile number.
Dear Booking.com Customer Support Team,
I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding my recent booking in Egypt, which was made for three nights for a luxury apartment.
Unfortunately, I was unable to access or even locate the booked property. I went to the exact location provided on Booking.com, but the property could not be found, i went twice to their location and i took a long time for searching the villa even no clear address at the booking and villa no. , no street no.,The contact number provided for the property 00201070411400 was either disconnected, not working, or did not exist.
We spent a considerable amount of time trying to locate the property based on the location provided on Booking.com. We went around the entire area, villa by villa, but we were unable to find the property or contact anyone responsible for the booking. The situation was extremely confusing and caused us significant inconvenience and stress.
This is a serious issue because I made the booking and payment based on the information and location provided on your platform, but the accommodation was not accessible and I could not receive the service I had booked.
I understand that the booking has been marked as refunded, and I would like to request confirmation of the full refund of the amount paid, including confirmation of when the refunded amount will be credited back to my account.
I also request that Booking.com investigate this property and verify the accuracy of its location and contact details, as this experience has caused me considerable inconvenience.
Please treat this matter as a formal complaint and confirm the refund status as soon as possible.
