The location was fine if you have a car; not too far from pubs, cafes and takeaway. Convenient to the road to Sydney.
No exhaust fan in bathroom but otherwise great.

Close to highway. Recently fully renovated. Very nice room and bathroom. Staff/owner friendly. Excellent value for money, for what was a dated motel before its renovation.
Just a bit far from the centre of Canberra and attractions. But thats a trade off for reasonable price and close proximity to highway. Only criticism was that it was advertised on booking.com as having a coffee machine, but it didn’t have one, but we travel with one anyway. So this needs to be updated in the listing. Also doesn’t have a toaster.

convenient location, clean and value for money
staffing hours were not clear. kitchen stock could be improved, only 1 bowl, fridge was on a weird lean but still worked, floor in kitchen a bit uneven and noisy.

-Cosy bed
-Good Kitchen (good coffee)
-Helpful and friendly guy at the reception
-generally very loud due to paper-thin walls and windows, especially when others are leaving at 5 a.m.
-only window to the parking lot
-shampoo, shower gel etc. smell strongly like old men (strong musk smell)
-internet too slow for streaming
