I had such a wonderful stay at Guesthouse Kumano Iori! I didn’t realise we’d have the entire place to ourselves, which made the experience even more special. It’s a beautiful traditional Japanese ryokan with modern appliances and amenities, making it the perfect place to relax and recharge after a challenging day hiking the Kumano Kodo.
The host was absolutely amazing! She kindly picked us up at Hongu Taisha and prepared a really lovely breakfast for us. Her hospitality made our stay even more memorable. The guesthouse is also conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Ukegawa bus stop, making it easy to get around.
I couldn’t have asked for a better place to rest after our hike. I’d definitely stay here again if I get the chance. Highly recommended! ❤️
There aren’t any restaurants nearby, so it’s best to pick up groceries before your stay. The good thing is that you can conveniently cook your own meals at the guesthouse. Personally, this wasn’t an issue at all!

La casa fue entera para los dos solos. Estaba super limpio, tenía todo lo necesario para cocinar, lavar la ropa y secarla, para el baño. La decoración era muy bonita y la casa en general era muy cómoda. Desayunar en la zona exterior fue lo mejor! Una pena que solo nos quedaramos una noche, repetiría sin duda
Entraba mucha luz por la habitación a la hora de dormir y no supimos como cerrar las persianas exteriores, deberíamos de haber preguntado

La maison est très bien entretenue et son côté authentique lui confère un charme fou. Elle possède tous les équipements dont nous avions besoin. L'hôte était très réactif et c’était un plaisir d'échanger avec lui (via messagerie).
La proximité d’un arrêt de bus et l'accès à la maison via un code était parfaitement adapté à nôtre groupe de 6 randonneurs pour une escale entre deux jours sur les chemins de Kumano kodo.

地理位置：位置相對偏僻、交通不太方便，若非專程前來健行的旅客，大抵不會有機會入住。
綜合評價：是健行登山客中途歇腳的極佳選擇！
