The property itself was really nice. The location was cute. House was massive. Parking was incredible. The host initially were accommodating. I don’t want to rate this property bad as the issues can genuinely be fixed with clear signs and a better guide book. This property COULD be amazing

The guest book is pointless. I believe it just mostly says what the property has rather than how to use everything. It really needs a guide for the heating as we could not for the life of us figure it out. 12 girls couldn’t figure it out until the last day. We were freezing in the storm and had to go out to buy extra blankets and hot water bottles. I believe there is a thermostat in the hallway/upstairs. The hot tub was so overly complicated to use(the heat up). I appreciate turning off the heating and putting hot tub in sleep mode to save energy but if you are doing that at least provide a CLEAR guide on how to sort it out. When we arrived we thought the hot tub was broken or something it was at 26 degrees too cold to use. We found out on the last day that it was in sleep mode after trying to heat it up and many hours of googling. You have to press 2 buttons at once to get it to heat up. This

Pool and jacuzzi and the location is good. Nearby restaurants and town helps a lot. Especially the petrol pump right outside

All rooms but 2 have ceiling fans. There is a portable AC which helped a little during the heatwave. Being right underneath RAF planes flying constantly is loud. The stairs creak a lot. Garden could do with a clean.
