Mooi ruim appartement op loopafstand van het centrum.
Veel overlast door bouwwerkzaamheden. Trage WIFI.
Geen parkeerplaats.
Appartement was niet schoon.
Communicatie met eigenaar verliep moeizaam.

Gezellig huisje. Super centraal en parkeren is fijn geregeld. Eigenaresse is erg behulpzaam.
Het balkon is ook fijn met uitzicht op de weg, park en water.
Het was een klein beetje gedateerd (gordijnen, radiator), maar zeker niet storend.
De kussens waren iets minder comfortabel maar dat is persoonlijke voorkeur.

The location was good. Close to amenities and the actual town and alternative parking arrangements was very welcome and secure.
There were two major constructions taking place at the location. One at the property during the day with 10 workers ( clanging and banging about) and trucks offloading building materials via the only entrance to the property. No safety warning signs up for people walking up to the entrance door. The railway construction across the road was worked on 24 hours a day. Bright lights on throughout the night with a crane blocking the view of the Rhein from the property. We were lead to believe work was done during the day only. The double glazing fortunately blocked out most of the noise but on the sunny days there was definitely no option to sit on the balcony with so much construction going on. There is a frequently visited public toilet literally across from the property which one looks on which was also unexpected. Disappointing really. I think the owner was a little economical on the truth of what to expect. No river boat rides could be taken as the water levels in the Rhein are low and the town of Rudesheim has little to offer other than the Drossel strasse.
