Unsafe, dirty, and misleading — we left and lost both money and peace of mind.

I honestly don’t know where to start – this stay was shocking and genuinely quite frightening. 1. Payment unsafe: After I had already confirmed a non-refundable reservation with card guarantee on Booking.com, the host asked me to pay again through a private external link. This felt extremely unsafe and completely bypassed the platform’s protection. 2. Misleading listing: The apartment did NOT match the photos shown on Booking.com. It is a completely different place from what was advertised, which is very misleading. 3. Serious safety issue: The windows were broken and couldn’t be locked, which is extremely concerning for a ground-floor property, especially when travelling with family. 4. Very poor hygiene: The apartment was extremely dirty throughout. The bed linen and sleeping area were not clean, the toilet had visible residue left from previous use, and the windows were covered with mould. The overall condition raised serious health concerns. 5. Disturbing condition details: What really shocked me was the door area – there were strange white residues around the hinges and frame that honestly looked like insect eggs or some kind of biological buildup. It was extremely disturbing. 6. Sleeping was impossible: The bed was extremely small, and the sofa bed was uneven with a raised middle section, causing the head and feet to slope downwards. It was impossible to sleep. 7. No support from host: The host was unresponsive and did not provide any help at all. We had no choice but to leave the next morning and book another place at extra cost. My mother even had an immediate skin reaction after touching surfaces, which made the situation even more serious. If you care about your safety, health, and your money, I strongly recommend avoiding this property. This experience was not only uncomfortable, but also stressful and financially frustrating, and I would not want anyone else to go through the same situation.

Incroyable

Ingen Internett. 5G fra telefonen hadde svært dårlig dekning. Tungvint å komme inn.
