I like the location. It’s walking distance to MOA.
The bathroom was forgotten. It’s a lot of spit on the mirror & sink. Dirty washing machine & door shower too. No place to put my toiletries. So my face cream & others fell on the floor.

location to MOA was great , nice view,
there was no toilet paper , 1 pan for cooking it was not in good condition.

The property itself is clean, spacious, and has good amenities. The Wi-Fi was decent, and the location is very convenient, especially for those visiting the MOA area.
Our biggest concern was the booking and pricing experience. We booked 2 one-bedroom units for one day through Booking.com for ₱3,800, excluding taxes, with payment to be made at the hotel.
Upon arrival, the caretaker/staff informed us that the two units we had booked were not available and offered us another, supposedly bigger unit instead with 2 BR.. To our surprise, we were then asked to pay ₱6,500, which was significantly higher than the price shown on our Booking.com reservation.
Unfortunately, we had just travelled from Baguio and were already extremely exhausted, so we felt we had little choice but to accept and stay in the unit.
For ₱6,500, we could have booked a regular hotel with breakfast included and with a more straightforward booking experience.
I hope management can look into this issue, particularly regarding availability, Booking.com reservations, and price differences upon arrival. Situations like this can negatively affect the reputation of condotels around the MOA area.
My advice to future guests: Make sure to confirm your exact unit and final price with the property before arrival, especially when booking through an online platform.
