It's not direct hotel management. A third party person renting

Location is good

It's an third party service and not from the hotel management. And it's very difficult to get the things done. Room service was provided only once in two days not daily

Unsanitary and unsafe, do not book

The view from the pool and from the room.

We were asked to pay a deposit upfront, and the property was in unacceptable condition when we arrived: • The living room and kitchen smelled strongly of dog and dog urine. • A needle was lying on the floor and was never removed. • There was mold on the wall behind one of the beds. • The sheets on every bed had yellow, black and blood stains. The curtain also had blood stains. • The towels were heavily stained and torn. • The rugs and mats were covered in litter. • The toilet bowl was dirty inside. • Two shower columns were broken. • Our swimsuits turned yellow from the pool water. We raised this politely with the host on the first day, asking only for basic hygiene and safety. The host agreed, but the cleaning staff only swapped the sheets for others that were also stained and repaired one of the two broken shower columns. They did not sweep, mop, remove the needle or deal with the smell. They said they would return the next day to finish, and never did. I had to buy detergent and wash the towels myself in order to shower, and I spent my holiday cleaning a property I had paid to have ready. It was clear the property had not been cleaned after previous guests. After I filed a complaint with Booking.com, the host messaged me asking for the reason for it, as if he did not know about everything we had reported to him while we were staying there. At the end he even mocked me, asking why I didn't just leave if I didn't like it. A needle on the floor, blood-stained bedding and mold are serious health and safety hazards. I would not recommend this property to anyone.
