Lo espacioso y moderno del apartamento. Las vistas. La piscina en azotea espectacular. La ubicación extraordinaria, a un paso de las Torres Petronas. En general tuvimos una estancia sobresaliente. El anfitrión, muy educado y amable y la comunicación con él ágil y eficiente.
Uno de los dormitorios no tiene ventana, pero no era un problema serio.

I recently stayed at The Platinum KLCC by Grand Vista and had a great experience. The location is excellent—very close to KLCC and other key attractions, making it convenient for both business and leisure.
The unit was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a nice city view. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were responsive and helpful throughout my stay.
One of the highlights was definitely the rooftop infinity pool with an amazing view of the Kuala Lumpur skyline—it’s a must-see.

La ubicación y la piscina. (Aunque esta completamente masificada y agobiante, solo para postureo, olvídate de relajarte en ella)
Lavadora, frigorífico y climatización.
Llegamos de Indonesia y nadie nos contestaba a los mensajes enviados… tenían que darnos las llaves … después de un largo rato esperando que alguien nos coja el teléfono o CNT a mail o WhatsApp, de tener que hablar con el servicio de booking para ver si nos quedábamos tirados o no , todo esto con todo el equipaje encima y de noche en KL… recién llegados del aeropuerto tras haber pagado un taxi a dicha dirección, ya pasado el tiempo de check in indicado al que nunca previamente se nos cnt ni tampoco a los mensajes de días anteriores y a los 35 min de haber contactado con Booking me escribe un número .. que si estamos en el Lobby y aparece un chico tras otros 25 min de espera, sin ningún tipo de disculpa y corriendo nos sube al piso me manda por whatsapp la Supuesta información relevante,me pide 50 euros de depósito del apartamento, me coge el móvil continuamente… una sensación de desamparo absoluto y de inseguridad.
Venía de 25 días por Indonesia en alojamientos muchísimo más baratos … pues fue la peor cama con diferencia, los muelles se clavaban en muchas zonas…
El apartamento olía mal, estaba sucio ( platos , vasos , cubiertos con restos de comida…el calentador de agua estaba roto..).
