Absolutely awful and terrible service

Nothing as I couldn’t even check in and basically had to non stop message them for instructions which I got a day after my check in and also I would research the reviews because the good ones are clearly fakes and a quick search on other sites will show you some genuine pictures of how disgusting this place is as the images shown are fake and they claim to have a reception to check in but I actually went to the property to find nothing of the sort and I’m still to receive a refund so I will never use this app again for a booking. This was around 2 months ago but I can finally review and warn you all off

I was there 10 mins and that was 10 minutes to long

Nothing I arrived and everything was nothing like the pictures a total scam and 2 smelly Indian men to take a 5000 baht deposit there was no swimming pool like it (it’s looks like doggy pool) was advertised the rooms were nothing like the pictures and it said breakfast included but that was a dozen of eggs, 1 pack of instant noodles and a loaf of bread in the fridge, 2 cheap soaps and 2 cheap shampoos. A total scam I want my money back. Only check in for 20 minutes and left straight away.

Everything a total scam

Terrible! Pictures versus property totally different!

Nothing, arrived saw it and left immediately to look for alternative Accomodation.

This property is a scam! The pictures on booking.com are not the same as the property itself. I took this up with booking.com as this is misrepresentation on their platform! I asked for a full refund and property refused and booking.com gave me a +- 10% voucher based on the total I paid. This property is in a very dodgy area (google street view it) there is no swimming pool, it’s an old thai house with a bad smell. TERRIBLE!
