Fantastic property, very clean, exactly what we needed

Apartment was huge, and was decorated very nicely. Very nice apartment, and great distance from Victoria Warehouse.
Staff were rude when I asked for help about getting into the car park, despite already paying in advance.

Clean, comfortable, modern apartment was perfect for us. Location great as on a bus route into city centre. Next to canal was great for a morning run. Parking (although is additional cost) was convenient once teething issues were sorted on first day.
Gym access was tricky as fob didn't work. Had to get guard to let us into gym. Was OK for one time I used it but wouldn't have been happy had i wanted to use it more. WiFi was poor on an evening made it tricky to stream to watch TV which was annoying. Accommodation is very new, could do with couple extra plates, knives and forks so didn't have to keep washing up. Also no sweeping brush tea towel or cloth which would have made tidying up after ourselves easier.

The apartment is very modern and well designed. Nice furnishings and good location. Good to have an en suite and a main bathroom. All facilities were a good standard.
The staff do not respond to messages through booking.com so we did not have a cot in the apartment like we had requested. They also took 10 days to refund our deposit which only happened after I sent a what’s app message asking why we hadn’t been refunded after 7 days as stated.
