Deceiving
Nice sized house with plenty of beds.
Beds were rock hard, no tv remote, door was hard to lock and unlocked plus one of the locks on front door is broken! NO HOT WATER TO HAVE A SHOWER OR BATH and they sent some random person who was not a professional plumber and had no idea what to do to come check the hot water. Then once I had checked out and left the property the lady who booked a plumber and reassured me of a refund and was getting a plumber to come have a look and fix it as we were leaving the property then decided to message me on booking.com with a photo of the hot water system switch insinuating that it was working and that I just made it up. Of course it would work after someone had come to fix it. Lady on obviously just didn't want to give me my money back. Disgusting behaviour! Not to mention whilst messaging me on booking.com she also was texting my phone and not saying what she did on the app. I wouldn't recommend to stay here. Beds are way to low and my partner now has a sore back from staying for 3 days. When I go stay somewhere I don't expect to not be able to shower myself or bath my kids. I expect to be able to relax and not having strangers come in and out at night time and when this happens id expect to get my money back for the inconvenience and the fact I was told facilities were there in Working order and I didn't pay for anything less.
