Good location. Close to Dunsmuir stuff.
The kitchen was clean and organized.
The house is a bit older with creaky wood floors, but everything seemed to work.
The bedrooms were sparse. A bed, a nightstand. A crib in one room.
One bedroom was upstairs in its own space, like a loft.
One bathroom.
The mattress was older and not particularly comfortable, but it wasn't UNcomfortable, either. The rooms were a little musty.
The driveway is steep so take it slowly so that you don't bottom out at the bottom where the drive meets the street.
A tad pricey for what you get.
The porch furniture was old and very dusty/ dirty. I never saw the back patio area.
Some minimal check out instructions before the cleaning lady arrives. The garbage bags are to be tied and left on the porch. The bags from the previous guest were still on the porch when we arrived, and the next morning, garbage was strewn across the porch after some raccoons got into it.

I love the location
Cameras everywhere, makes me wonder how many I couldn't see, felt like we were being watched all the time, digital privacy would have been nice, the wifi security system was so strong that I had to go outside to check the messages on my cell phone, older charming home, pricey for what you get.Func
