The owner was flexible regarding check in time, which is particularly easy since it is all handled remotely thanks to the lock with the keys outside.
The information about the stay wasn't sent with enough time in advance (which could have easily been automated). I didn't have the code to check in nor was instructed how to check out (I just followed basic decency and previous standards from other places I guess). I still couldn't check if the door locked automatically once I got in the room which left me feeling unsafe while sleeping throughout the whole stay. I stayed in the closest room to the main door, so I could easily hear any noise in that same floor. Although the room was clean and had everything I could need, it was relatively small so it felt like it was cramped.
