They are extremely responsive and I had a really easy check in!

The location was perfect for us, we were visiting the natural history museum and it was very convenient to be across the street. The room was great and my daughter who usually just wants to go home didn't want to leave this time.
My daughter is only 3 and couldn't sit on the wide toilet seat, I had a travel lid for her to sit on but the lid was too wide for it too so I had to hold her every time she wanted to go which was annoying but also not something I would expect anyone to think about when choosing a seat 😂. If you're travelling with a little one just make sure you have a little potty for them.

Location was excellent for what we had planned on our overnight stay in London
Had to phone up half an hour before wanting access and I struggled to understand the lady I was talking to.
Man met us 10 minutes later than the agreed meeting time and we were shown to the apartment and someone was in there eating there lunch.
Left swiftly, but left rice on table and floor, used glass also left on table and also their personal phone charger in plug socket, which he knocked on the door 10 minutes later to collect.
There were three of us staying and so needed to use the sofa bed, however, the size and shape of the room meant we had to move the double bed to be able to open out the sofa bed?!
