fonctionnel pour dormir...

- un parking est annoncé alors qu'aucune place n'est attribuée ou réservée, toutes les places étant prises par les habitants de l'immeuble, ce qui nous a mis dans une situation désagréable vis-à-vis d'un résident. ( qui a annoncé avoir porté plainte contre notre voiture pour nous être garées à un endroit qu'il revendique être le sien alors que rien ne permettait de le savoir) - il a été impossible de se connecter au wifi, ( ni par le mot de passe ni par le QR code ) ce qui a été vérifié par le technicien venu réparer la fuite du ballon d'eau chaude. - Aucune sonnette ne porte un nom correspondant, et l'ouverture par l'interphone ne marchant pas, impossible d'appeler d'en bas. Concernant la fuite d'eau, nous avons apprécié votre réaction rapide et votre disponibilité pour organiser la venue rapide de votre technicien.Néammoins, concernant l'eau toujours, nous vous signalons qu' il y a également une petite fuite au robinet de l'évier ainsi qu'au pommeau de douche. D'une façon générale, nous avons déploré le manque de propreté de l'appartement: - le plateau du bar est poisseux, malgré que nous ayons fait de notre mieux pour le nettoyer - les sols sont également collants -le lave vaisselle a un odeur infecte ( nous ne l'avons donc pas utilisé) - ne parlons pas des carreaux et du calcaire . Nous aurions apprécié, pour nous sentir un peu mieux accueillies, qu'il y ait sur place un balai, une balayette, une serpillère au cas où quelque chose est renversé, un minimum de produits d'entretien comme du produit à vaisselle ( flacon vide) , du savon...au moins un sac poubelle, et un fond de rouleau de papier toilette. :-) Question vaisselle, c'est également très limite: une seule petite cuillère, pas de bouilloire...!!!! une poêle inutilisable...pas de louche...etc....

- [ ] Dirty silverware - could also be better equipped and knives were extremely dull - [ ] No kettle, microwave or toaster - [ ] Bath drains very slowly and water smelled of sulfur for entirety of first shower - [ ] Hot water tank was leaking & shower door leaks badly onto floor - [ ] Floors not clean & dead spider in one bedroom, dust hanging off bed in another - [ ] One of the couches not properly covered- just has a throw on the seat & back - [ ] Dish soap was really just water in the bottle although thankfully one dishwasher tab was provided Other more minor easy improvements: - [ ] Leave more than one spare roll of toilet paper - [ ] Place an additional trash bin at least in the toilet - [ ] Towels were fairly old & very well-used, would ideally replace and provide a hand towel in addition to a bath towel for each guest

Nada.

No estaba bien limpio, sábanas gastadas de tanto lavado, tuberías huelen mal, no hay televisión, no hay utensilios en la cocina tuvimos que usar tazitas de café como vasos. Vale un dineral y el resultado una vergüenza. Llegamos cansados del viaje y tuvimos que esperar una hora fuera porque no estaba la llave en la caja donde la dejan. Los anteriores inquilinos se la habían dejado en la habitación y no estaba limpia cuando lleguamos. Vamos fatal por el precio que hemos pagado!
