Il peut y faire chaud car très ensoleillé un ventilateur par chambre serait apprécié car dormir les fenêtres ouvertes en plein centre est impossible !

Emplacement ok.
Propriétaire agréable quand nous l'avons eu au téléphone et qui nous a indiqué joindre la conciergerie.
Séjour globalement décevant malgré un très bon emplacement.
À notre arrivée, la récupération des clés a été compliquée. Il nous a fallu environ 15 minutes, plusieurs échanges avec le propriétaire puis avec la conciergerie avant de pouvoir accéder au logement.
La place de parking annoncée ne nous a jamais été présentée ni expliquée, nous n'avons donc pas pu l'utiliser pendant notre séjour.
Nous ne savons pas si cela était prévu, mais les lits n'étaient pas faits à notre arrivée. Les serviettes étaient également payantes ; si cette information était indiquée dans l'annonce, nous ne l'avions pas remarquée et je n'en tiens donc pas particulièrement compte.
Le principal point négatif reste la qualité de la literie, qui est vraiment insuffisante. Pour un logement situé à La Baule, dans un emplacement de cette qualité, cela ne me paraît pas à la hauteur et mériterait d'être revu.
Nous avons également constaté un équipement de cuisine détérioré : la façade du tiroir supérieur était maintenue avec du ruban adhésif et nous est tombée sur les pieds lors de son ouverture.
Enfin, le départ a été aussi compliqué que l'arrivée. Le code communiqué pour la boîte à clés était erroné. Malgré plusieurs appels restés sans réponse dans un premier temps, nous avons finalement dû laisser les clés dans le logement afin de pouvoir partir. Après environ 30 minutes, la conciergerie nous a indiqué qu'une erreur s'était glissée dans le code communiqué.
C'est dommage, car nous n'avons pas d'attentes démesurées. Avec une literie de meilleure qualité, un logement en bon état, un accès simple au logement et une conciergerie facilement joignable, l'expérience aurait été bien différente compte tenu de l'excellent emplacement.
