Very disappointing stay—the beautiful 37th-floor view could not make up for the outdated apartment,

Location was good and safe

I was very disappointed with the apartment because its actual condition was very different from the photos presented on Booking.com. I believe Booking.com should carry out proper verification or site visits to ensure that advertised photos accurately represent the accommodation guests will receive. The apartment looked old, worn and poorly maintained, with very few amenities. Even the hand soap looked unhygienic. The refrigerator was old and leaking, and the furniture, including the TV cabinet, was outdated. Some other apartments in the same building that I had the opportunity to see appeared renovated and in much better condition. The bathroom was particularly disappointing. The marble around the washbasin was dirty with stains or residue that could not be removed, the doors and tiles were old, and the shower cabin was rusty and appeared not to have received a proper deep cleaning. Part of the shower was broken and held together with plastic, as shown in my photo, although it was repaired the following day. There was also only a fixed overhead shower and no handheld shower. Cleanliness and hygiene were major concerns. We found small cockroaches inside the apartment on two separate days. On another day, there was no hot water, leaving my wife, daughter and me with no choice but to use cold water. Housekeeping was also disappointing. We placed the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door one morning but removed it when we left around noon. Despite this, the apartment was not cleaned. When I called the person responsible, I was told it was because the sign had been on the door. More disappointingly, the apartment was not cleaned the following day either. The apartment has a beautiful view from the 37th floor, and with proper renovation—My wife and daughter were particularly disappointed because what we received was simply not what we expected from the Booking.com photos. Zentrale Lage, direkt an einer Mall angebunden und mit direktem Zugang zum MRT-System. Der Pool auf der Dachterrasse und die Aussicht auf das Stadtpanorama waren sehenswert.
