We won't be back. We used to love this house but it has gone downhill.

The location is wonderful. We have stayed here many times over the years and it has just gone downhill every time. We loved this house when we first started going to it, and the price was very reasonable. It is a semi fenced so we didn't have to worry about the dogs and it has great beach access and fun places to explore. We don't mind places being a little funky and this place worked for us.

It was very dirty, moldy, rusty and dusty. I know that houses at the coast have issues because of the salt air and dampness but things in the house were rusty, such as the metal bi fold doors in the bedroom, wall heaters. There was mold on the walls. There were cobwebs everywhere and things were very dusty. There was a dead mouse in a trap between the fridge and the counter that had been there for awhile. The bedroom window was so covered with salt water that you couldn't see out. There was an alarm clock on the floor behind one of the night stands that was covered in dust and cob webs. It rained the day we arrived and there was water on the table and one of the chairs. The light over the table was rusty and looked like it had had water dripping off of it before. At least 2 light bulbs were burnt out that we found. The sliders in windows and slider door were filthy. There are puzzles and games stacked and over flowing by the kitchen, covered in dust. I found a few phone books from the 90's in the pile. The tile in the bathroom was cracked and dirty. The water pressure is really bad, and the faucet in the kitchen was so cheap and plastic I thought it would break every time we used it. We couldn't get the propane heater to light and contacted the booking office but they were no help. None of the base board heaters worked. The deck has needed to be replaced for years. The loungers and some of the other outdoor furniture were on the side of the house and covered in mold and dirt. They were unuse-able. The propane to the bbq isn't hooked up to use it. There was an old gate and propane tank in the yard. The pictures on the website make it look like there is a beautiful green lawn out front. The view would be much better if the bushes were trimmed more often. They appeared to have been trimmed at one point but have grown and blocked the view.
