Das Parking ist unbrauchbar für ein normales Auto, ein Smart würde knapp reinpassen. Aber es hat genug Parkplätze an der Strasse. Die Wohnung müsste mal wieder richtig gut gereinigt werden

Katastrophal !!!

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen – ein echter Horroraufenthalt. Schon bei der Ankunft hatten wir ein sehr ungutes Gefühl. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 8. Stock und ist praktisch nur über einen winzigen Fahrstuhl erreichbar. Für den Fall eines Ausfalls gibt es lediglich einen Notausstieg im Boden der Wohnung, was wir als äußerst beunruhigend empfunden haben. Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft zudem nicht ordnungsgemäß gereinigt. Es wirkte, als wäre sie über Wochen nicht genutzt oder geputzt worden. Zusätzlich hatten wir Ameisen in der Wohnung, was den Eindruck mangelnder Sauberkeit noch verstärkte. Ab dem nächsten Tag begannen massive Bauarbeiten mit einem unvorstellbaren Lärmpegel. An Erholung oder einen normalen Aufenthalt war nicht zu denken. Man konnte sich tagsüber kaum in der Wohnung aufhalten. Über diese erheblichen Beeinträchtigungen wurden wir vorab nicht informiert. Besonders unzumutbar war die Situation mit dem Fahrstuhl. Da dieser regelmäßig mit Bauschutt und Baumaterialien vollgestellt war, mussten wir teilweise 15 bis 20 Minuten warten, um überhaupt in die Wohnung oder wieder nach unten zu gelangen. Da sich die Unterkunft im 8. Stock befindet und der Fahrstuhl die einzige realistische Zugangsmöglichkeit ist, war dies eine erhebliche Einschränkung während des gesamten Aufenthalts. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war von Anfang an äußerst schwierig. Wir haben den Gastgeber mehrfach kontaktiert und uns zusätzlich immer wieder an Booking.com gewandt, um eine Lösung für die zahlreichen Probleme zu finden. Zwar wurde uns aufgrund der massiven Beeinträchtigungen eine Rückerstattung zugesagt, bis heute haben wir jedoch keine Zahlung vom Vermieter erhalten. Inzwischen reagiert dieser auch nicht mehr auf unsere Nachrichten. Besonders enttäuschend ist, dass wir für diesen Aufenthalt insgesamt mehr als 2.000 Euro bezahlt haben.
