Phoenix Crowne Vinh Hotel

Outstanding Hospitality – A Wonderful Stay at Phoenix Crowne Hotel! I had a fantastic stay at the Phoenix Crowne Hotel in Vinh City and can highly recommend it! What impressed me most was the exceptional hospitality and friendliness of the entire team. A special thank you to Mr. Trần Quang Anh from the management team and Ms. Lệ Lệ, who speaks excellent German. Both were incredibly welcoming, attentive and helpful, making my stay particularly enjoyable. It is always a pleasure to meet people who genuinely care about their guests. The entire staff was extremely friendly and professional throughout my stay. The hotel itself is modern, exceptionally clean and very well maintained. The beautiful swimming pool is a perfect place to relax, especially at sunset, when you can enjoy a wonderful view. The food was another highlight of my stay. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of choices, and I also thoroughly enjoyed the excellent dinner at the hotel. The location is very convenient, with great shopping opportunities, restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Overall, a wonderful experience with outstanding hospitality, excellent food and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. If my travels bring me back to Vinh City, I will definitely stay at Phoenix Crowne again! Many thanks to Mr. Trần Quang Anh, Ms. Lệ Lệ and the entire team for making my stay so pleasant and memorable!

Nothing to complain about. Everything was excellent! Maybe a Cable tower in the gym. :-)

The breakfasts at the hotel were excellent. The staff were attentive, and the rooms well-appointed and clean.
