Bien ubicado pero carísimo. Vale como máximo para una pareja con bebé durmiendo en la habitación.

- El apartamento estaba muy limpio a nuestra llegada. - La ubicación es excelente, en primera línea de playa. - Es relativamente fácil encontrar aparcamiento en la calle (de pago entre junio y agosto, y gratuito el resto del año).

- La puerta entre el salón y la terraza estaba rota; si se cerraba, no se podía abrir sin herramientas. Aunque enviaron técnicos, no lo solucionaron y la "solución" que nos dejaron fue un par de alicates para usarla durante la estancia. Supimos después que el problema llevaba al menos dos semanas así. - Anunciado para 4 personas, pero el sofá cama del salón es diminuto. Un adulto de 1,85 m solo cabe en diagonal y con las piernas dobladas; es imposible que duerman dos personas ahí. - La pared entre el salón y la terraza es un cerramiento de cristal (tipo Lumon) sin aislamiento térmico ni acústico, y sin forma de oscurecer el salón. Entra la luz desde el primer rayo del sol y el ruido de la calle y del parque acuático de enfrente se escucha a pleno volumen. - Para enfriar el salón con el pinguino había que dejar la puerta de la terraza abierta, por lo que resultaba inútil. Además, el desagüe de condensación inundaba la terraza. - A casi 200 €/noche (el doble que propiedades similares cercanas), la propiedad no ofreció ninguna compensación por la falta de confort, a pesar de avisarles de que dormir en el salón era casi imposible y de que lo de la puerta era inacceptable.

Ubicación

Cocina dañada (funcionaba 1 hornilla de 3), el ventilador no funciona correctamente, puerta del salón rota y debe de permanecer abierta todo el tiempo. No tiene WIFI

La ubicación estaba cerca de donde queríamos, y estaba limpio.

La cama era muy incómoda, la puerta de la terraza estaba rota y no podíamos cerrar la puerta porque ya no se podía abrir.

Muy buena ubicación, pero faltas importantes

La ubicación, estaba muy cerca de la playa y cerca del paseo marítimo y locales comerciales, según qué día es complicado de aparcar, pero en cuanto encuentras sitio sale bastante bien, aunque sea zona azul más o menos sale a unos cinco euros al día.

Primeramente, se publicita con Internet y NO TIENE INTERNET, nada más llegar, nos contaron algo como que el edificio es demasiado antiguo como para hacer la instalación para tener Wi-Fi, aunque en el anuncio se publicita con Wi-Fi gratis, y hablando con unos vecinos que tenían un piso en propiedad en el mismo edificio ellos si tenían instalado Internet por lo tanto nos sentimos un poco engañados con respecto a esto. Después no tiene aire acondicionado, tiene un pingüino portátil que hace muchísimo ruido. Si sois cuatro personas y tenéis que usar las dos habitaciones hay una habitación que se queda sin aire en la habitación de matrimonio. Hay un ventilador de techo y a veces era insuficiente. No cuesta nada mejorar las instalaciones con un aire acondicionado, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta que es un apartamento vacacional y que por seis días te cobran 1000 €. A la cocina le faltaban utensilios, pero eso es algo subjetivo y de la vitrocerámica solo funcionaba uno de los fuegos más pequeños, por lo que cocinar se hacía un poquito tedioso. He de decir que el apartamento es muy bonito y espacioso si mejorasen un poco estos puntos, de verdad que sería muy muy recomendable y aumentaría muchísimo la puntuación. Pero lo de Internet tendrían que hacerlo mirar porque es una publicidad engañosa sobre todo de cara que yo fui con dos adolescentes para los cuales Internet es importante y sobre todo si va alguien y quiere tele trabajar desde el apartamento no va a poder tenerlo en cuenta.

Hemos pasado unos días increíbles en este apartamento y la experiencia no ha podido ser mejor. El apartamento estaba impecable, muy cuidado y equipado con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de la estancia. Muy buena ubicación, por la tranquilidad de la zona, perfecta para desconectar y disfrutar del mar. Además, la comunicación con los anfitriones fue excelente desde el primer momento, siempre atentos y facilitando todo lo necesario. Repetiremos cuando volvamos a Almuñécar y lo recomendamos al 100%
