A terrible experience

**A terrible experience — by far the worst I have ever had.** The company managing the property accused us of damaging the bed. We encountered several problems with the accommodation during our stay, but we decided to stay because it was only for four nights and it was very difficult to find alternative accommodation in the area. Unfortunately, at the end of our stay, they refused to return our security deposit, claiming that we had damaged the bed. This was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I strongly recommend that anyone staying at one of their properties takes detailed photos and videos of every room and every item in the accommodation immediately upon arrival. Make sure you have clear evidence of the condition of the property before using anything, as this may help protect you from similar situations. The whole experience was extremely unpleasant, and we were left with the impression that the situation was handled in a way that allowed them to keep our deposit. **Very disappointing and definitely not an experience I would recommend.**

Start respecting your guests and solving their problems instead of deceiving them.

Appartamento nuovissimo. Ambienti spaziosi e luminosi. Parcheggio comodissimo.
