The worst accommodation experience of my life.
I arrived at the accommodation on foot just before midnight, only to find that the key was missing from the lockbox. I contacted the staff, but they informed me that no one could bring me a key—it was a mistake on their end. Around 1:00 AM, they suggested I move to an alternative property of theirs, located about 1.5 kilometers away. I explained that I had arrived on foot and that it was already very late, but they simply told me to take a taxi and promised to cover the fare. It took until nearly 2:00 AM to finally hail a taxi. Upon arriving at the new location, I tried to turn on the lights, but the power went out throughout the entire unit. I immediately reached out for help, yet no one provided any assistance. I was forced to sleep in a dark room without air conditioning until I eventually drifted off from sheer exhaustion. When I woke up the next morning, no one had come to fix the power, and my messages remained unanswered. I decided to check out around 10:00 AM—even though I had booked for two nights, I chose to forfeit the second night I had already paid for. They finally got back to me at 10:30 AM, but by then, I had already left. The lack of care for a customer was unacceptable. To this day, they have never addressed the taxi fare I paid, nor have they offered any response or apology for what happened
