It was clean & comfortable.easy check out too.
The family room is located at another building which is quite far from the receiptionist, swimming pool/gym.The main door of the building can only be open with the room card & hotel only provide 1 card for each room.and it was around 11am on my check out day,the housekeeping came & open my room door.it was quite scary but i guess it was just a misunderstanding.

Staff were very attentive and kind, all friendly and happy to help with anything
Gym lacked equipment. The pool area needs sun loungers, otherwise perfect.

Amazing pool.
Free laundry.
Clean and new forniture.
Unhelpful staff - oneword replies on whatsapp.
It is not stated anywhere that a cash deposit is required. They refused to accommodate us without it, even though we promised to bring cash after dinner when we would go to the ATM to get money.
There was a problem with the pipes / drain. On the third day, after flushing the toilet, the contents leaked into the shower. The problem was fixed, but it was an unpleasant experience.
The hotel is still under renovation - excessive noise.
Loud slamming of doors in the hallway.
AC is infront to the bed. Not good for sleeping.
Dirty floor in the room.
View from the window to the wall.
