The room was nice, clean and located in a perfect place close to everything. Parking was easy (parking Talete is just 5min away on feet).

Full credit where it's due: the place was spotless, and the location was genuinely great. Two things they nailed.
I also loved the exclusivity — I was the only guest, so the whole place had a private-club feel. Zero competition for the hot water, which was lucky, because it lasted exactly one shower. Efficient!
The bed had... character. I've slept on more forgiving benches.
The upstairs neighbors were present. Every footstep landed like a migrating elephant — I always knew exactly what time it was. Who needs an alarm clock?
And the balcony: a sweeping view of the tops of the market umbrellas below, making it unnecessary
