Clean and well presented property. Good communication from hosts and immediately responsive to a minor issue with access on the footpath. Felt very private and peaceful. Easy access and short travel to Swanage, Corfe Castle, Poole harbour, Studland, Durlston and Ludworth castles, and other local attractions/places of interest. Excellent dining options in the area including superb fish restaurant, The Pier Head and La Trattoria - fabulous family run, authentic Italian, both in Swanage, The Greyhound in Corfe Castle - quiet when we visited but excellent food and an amazing unplanned lunch at the Dovecote Cafe, situated in The Walled Garden at Moreton, which provided wonderful food, service and value for money.
A little smaller than expected as cottage in the title suggests an actual cottage, when in fact the property is a converted garage annexed to the main property. However, this did not materially detract from our stay in the area or the perception of value for money. Only real issue is that the bedroom is too small for accessing the bed from both sides, which made it very difficult for us to sleep comfortably when needing to get up during the night, particularly as one of us was ill during our stay. While it is clear from one of the photos, having looked retrospectively, it is not made explicit in the description on the booking.com site which would have been helpful to manage expectations effectively.

Very nicely appointed.
Not a real problem and I knew about it prior to booking but bed in bedroom a little tight.

The property was absolutely spotless, comfortable, and met all our needs.
There was nothing at all which we didn’t like.

Seasalt Cottage is a lovely, cosy place with great facilities and plenty of space throughout. We really appreciated the roomy layout, particularly the large bathroom, and the hosts were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. They took great care of us when we had an issue with the oven and were very quick to help find a solution that worked for us, which we really appreciated. They also left us a lovely welcome pack with things like sourdough bread, milk, honey and butter, which was a really thoughtful touch. Overall, we had a great stay and felt that the cottage offered very good value for money.
The place was generally clean and well presented, but I did notice a few areas where it could have been cleaned more thoroughly, such as some dirt that hadn’t been hoovered under certain furniture, some cobwebs, and a few areas around the kitchen worktop. I should add that I do have quite high standards when it comes to cleanliness, so this may have influenced my score. Aside from those minor points, everything else about our stay was great.
