Bring family and friends together in this 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom vacation home in Kissimmee, with space for up to 15 guests. Spend the day at the Disney parks, then return to your own private pool and hot tub to unwind.
OPTIONAL EXTRAS — PLEASE REVIEW BEFORE BOOKING
• Pool heating: $45 per day, if requested.
• BBQ use: $50 per stay, if requested.
• Please leave the BBQ clean after use. An additional $100 BBQ cleaning charge applies if it is left unclean. This charge is specifically for the BBQ.

Guest is subject to a charge of $200 for cleaning services if the house is not cleaned as recieved.

Very nice and spacious house.New construction, all new furniture, good quality mattresses and equipped kitchen with all utensils and cookware. This is not a complain, it's just a suggestion to make it an even better experience ( to add room darkening curtains, room are very brite in the mornings) also to living room and dining area for added privacy from neighbors across the way.Other than that, it's a nice place, conveniently located, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.
