This FANTASTIC three bedroom,2 bath condo is centrally located on the Island of Wildwood and less than a 10 min walk to the beach and boardwalk!! Here you will find what many call the BEST POOL ON THE ISLAND!! The Wildwood Square Condominiums are Wildwood's only gated community. This spacious 2nd floor condo offers all the amenities that you expect, with the convenience of the beach and boardwalk just three short blocks away (beach cart and chairs included!!). When you walk up to the boardwalk (less than a 10 min walk!) from here you will be right in front of the largest amusement pier with the rides, games and eateries surrounding you! This condo's central location puts you close to many attraction and right in the middle of everything that you want to do and see. The Gated Property Complex Courtyard here offers a very large heated pool surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens and walkways with grills for you to BBQ!! You will have a sweeping views of the courtyard and pool from your 2nd story condo, very pretty! The ground floor main entrance sits next to a garage shared with your downstairs neighbor and has with extra room for storage! There is a BIG BONUS HERE for any members of your group that have trouble navigating stairs; there is a stair lift!!! (see pics). Arrangements must be made in advance for use of the stair lift which may only be used for people! Three car parking here!! There are two piggyback spaces in the garage and an additional space outside the side of the garage for this condo! You are close enough here to the beach, boards, rides, restaurants and other attractions that you can park and walk everywhere!!!!
Once you get upstairs everything is on one level!! Well appointed open concept Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen with plenty of room for all to relax together! Comfy couches, dining table and kitchen counter set with stools! The well equipped kitchen has all the appliances and amenities that you would want! The Large TV is set up so all can see! Sliding glass doors lead to your wide private balcony overlooking the entire courtyard and pool!! High speed wireless internet access is available in-unit too. There is a desk in the living room for those who may want to put in a few hours of work! All three bedroom here have TV’s and lets not forget about the private laundry room on the same level for ease of use and privacy!

PROVIDED FOR YOU Beds have Mattress Pads, Pillows and Bedspreads. Kitchens have Cookware, Tableware (plates, cups, bowls), Silverware, and other items as specified below.

Great location, comfortable places very clean with a well stocked kitchen. Also a nice layout with the bedrooms all in the back of the condo.
