Welcome to your “House by the Lake.” Our “Glückskind” is a detached beach house right on the beach of “MoMare” Bay, thoughtfully built using sustainable and carbon-neutral construction methods. Anyone who loves wood will never want to leave this house. The walls and ceilings are made of wood and painted with eco-friendly egg tempera. The floor is covered with solid oak planks. Thanks to the consistent use of wood in construction, our houses are particularly suitable for people with allergies. A lush, green herb roof prevents the house from overheating during the hottest hours of the day.

In the well-equipped kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to run a smooth household. There’s even a SodaStreamer for making your own sparkling water, so you don’t have to lug around plastic bottles—and nature will thank you, too.

There are two bathrooms—one on the upper floor of the house with a window and a bathtub. The second bathroom is located on the first floor and is equipped with a shower.

In the light-filled living room with a pellet fireplace, cozy window seats invite you to relax, read, or “watch TV”—that is, gaze out at the lake to admire nature’s play of colors.

In total, you have 70 m² of living space plus a 15 m² terrace at your disposal, so you can enjoy your vacation to the fullest without feeling cramped. A spacious south-facing terrace overlooking the lake lets you forget the stresses of everyday life in the comfortable seating area. Deck chairs and beach chairs are available to everyone on the lower level.

Your lakeside home is habitable year-round. From September through May, the sauna—complete with a relaxation room, lake views, and direct beach access—invites you to unwind.

Our houses are equipped with everything your heart desires, but there is no TV—instead, you’ll find excellent Wi-Fi, books, games, an idyllic beach setting, and much more.

Note: Please be aware of the wooden posts blocking off the sauna. Do not cross them, and do not step onto the adjacent sand and grass area (the sauna’s roof). There is a risk of falling, and I assume no liability for injuries. Parents of young children must ensure that their children do not enter this area.
