It is located in the heart of Molfetta’s historic center, a short walk from the beach (Cala Sant’Andrea), the Duomo, and the best restaurants.
Quiet, comfortable, and perfect for stays of several days, it is ideal for couples, professionals, and creative travelers seeking an elegant, authentic, and evocative setting.
The Space
The loft is built on two levels.
Main floor – Stone suite
An intimate and quiet environment featuring:
• Emma Mattress Premium double bed
• Living area and small dining area
• Fast Wi-Fi for work
• Built-in closet, professional hair dryer, vertical steamer, extra linens
The temperature is always comfortable thanks to the hot/cold air conditioning.
The bathroom, also made of stone, retains the charm of the historic cave but is fully equipped and functional, offering a unique experience without sacrificing comfort.
First Floor – Inner Courtyard Lounge
On the first floor, there is a covered inner courtyard, typical of Mediterranean architecture, designed to promote natural airflow and create a bright and pleasant space.
It is furnished like a small lounge and is ideal for:
• reading
• working on a laptop
• enjoying a glass of wine
• relaxing in silence, away from traffic
The walls feature photographic prints by Roberto Lusito, which transform the space into a small artistic journey.
