An excellent location. Easily accessible from the airport and with easy parking. Quiet,comfortable, and secure. Clear arrival instructions and responsive owners. Near Chinatown. 25 minutes walk to State Library. Grocery & Japanese Food store close by.
The shower drain was partly blocked, so it filled the tray with water. Also, I reccommend you take slippers. The carpet grippers at the joins for lounge-kitchen, lounge-bedroom, and bedroom-bathroom are starting to spike through the carpet. I punctured the sole of my right foot on one whilst walking barefoot. Take care please.

Great location, walking distance to china town. Easy check in and very convenient to have off street parking.
The towels were very old and well used. Sheets were polyester blend also very old and well used, no top sheet - felt like I was in a teenage boys bachelor pad. Pillows were cheap and poor quality. Unfortunately made the stay fairly uncomfortable. Shower had significant mould.
