Very bad
Nothing
So, we booked this apartment (??) from Booking.com and arrived by car in the afternoon from Luxor. Reaching the hotel, the building from the outside looked normal. A non speaking English man approached us to shows us our room and took us inside, where the inner building was like an abandoned parking lot, with ruined rooms here and there, ruined stares and an elevator that you could fall underneath if not careful.
The room looked normal but when we saw the bathroom everything was brown and extremely dirty, with hair laying over anything. We would wipe surfaces with our cleaning chemical and dirt wouldn't stop taking off, while also the bedsheets had brown stains everywhere. It was actually dangerous and unhealthy, so we called someone to clean, after they told us that it was already cleaned, and the same man who gave us our keys came to clean.. he changed the sheets and cleaned the bathroom, unfortunately with the same sponge he cleaned the toilet, he cleaned the sink and everything, and the new bedsheets still had stains all over and dead skin of bugs everywhere. The sink in the kitchen had "cleaned" plates and the whole place looked like a whole family moved out of the room for us to stay. It was late and we were traveling 5 hours that day, but we couldn't stay there so we trying to communicate with them for canceling and refunding and instead of showing understanding, they tried to scam us and push us to cancel our booking ourselves, which would just simply lead to us not taking anything back from our money, so we contacted booking.com and luckily got a refund and they were pretty helpful in this situation. In the end they were calling us rude and picky. Whatever, booking.com should turn down this hotel so no one has to come in this situation.
