Location good for what we wanted to do, peaceful (although occasional distant train can be heard sometimes but it didn't bother us), facilities more than sufficient for our needs for one might stay. Comfy bed. To have a bath and a shower is great. Free parking next to property. .Communication from hosts and contact details very good.
Address instructions/arrival - Although No 3 is clear, it doesn't state the name of the apartments so the name of the property, ie. Wellclose House would be helpful. Definitely needs a privacy covering on bathroom door and it needs oiling. Plastic bathroom cup would be helpful and safer for when cleaning teeth. We didn't find the sofa very comfortable as much softer than our own (personal choice). A microwave would be helpful as would instruction booklets for tv, cooker, heaters etc. A throw would be welcome on sofa as would an outdoor seating space for those staying longer.

Lovely little bolt hole, comfy bed, beautifully furnished and well equipped for 2 people. Very peaceful setting, parking onsite and good food options in the area.
The Barge Inn did a great Sunday roast and breakfast at Lock Inn was great, lovely location by the canal.
TV reception a bit patchy, bit of buffering and wi-if signal not great but you are in a valley. I enjoyed the digital detox. Only slight downside for us was I didn’t realise the short walk to town was down some steep steps, and slopes. Beautiful setting and lovely walk but my OH has limited mobility and finds steps a real struggle so after our first walk, we had to drive everywhere. Parking is very limited in BOA town centre, so if you can walk in I’d recommend doing so.

Location was fine and the cottage, very pleasant except for the complete lack of privacy in the bathroom.
There wasn't a curtain to the bathroom which had a glass door to it, so there was no privacy in the bathroom or the toilet. Anyone in the living room could look straight in. I personally found this very unsettling. Also, there were no instructions on how to use the towel rail in the bathroom.
We could hear the people upstairs late at night.
