How peaceful the property was, the staff were so lovely and helpful !
We had issues with the shower but it was manageable. Was going from hot to cold and losing pressure

Staff very welcoming. Really nice and well grounds. Villa was excellent with everything you needed. Lovely stay.
Room service was good as were the onsite restaurant and spa
Location took a while to get a taxi or grab if you were heading out

The staff and service were exceptional. They could not do enough for us. It was my birthday and they went all out; complimentary breakfast, a surprise cake and our bedroom decorated. The pool was the perfect temperate. Everyone was so nice.
The beds were quite firm but they provided extra cushioning which helped.
