I really liked the interior, the rooms are done in a specific style, a loft design, that looks modern and cool.
It’s also right next to a parking area, and you can walk directly from there to the building.
The rooftop is absolutely incredible, it offers a magnificent view of the city.
There is practically nothing I didn’t like, everything was almost perfect and met all my needs, in some respects, it even exceeded them.
I would suggest a slight upgrade to the shower, as the water pressure can sometimes be quite weak, and perhaps expanding the breakfast menu, but these are minor details that don’t affect the overall experience at all. For me, this is one of the best hotels.

The renovation of the old industrial building into a hotel resulted in fabulously large rooms with big windows and a nice modern decor/vibe.

The Roami is in a walkable area of downtown Minneapolis, spacious living area very clean. The breakfast offerings, drinks and snacks are an excellent touch.
I am old and had trouble operating the entrance to the parking garage, and knowing which level to be on to be close to our entrance

I liked the price. Free cold drinks.
The room next door had a barking dog and the walls are so thin, it felt like it was in our room. There was a sticky mess on the floor in the bedroom that I had to clean up but it felt like it was tracked all over the room. We got an upgrade in room size but it was on the main floor, street side so traffic noise was also an issue. Breakfast was a small fridge filled with boiled eggs and yogurts. There was also a bread case with muffins and croissants. We also had to get a new door code when we extended our stay. Odd that our current code couldn't have been extended.
