Nice host, close to Santa Justa Train Station, no hassle of collecting keys from someone, smart tv, very good kitchen, apartment was newly done and had new appliances, great aesthetics, new washing machine and cloth hanger to dry clothes, dishwasher, microwave, lots of space (we were just 2), new bathroom fittings, comfortable couch that can become a bed. We didn't rent a car but finding a free parking here will be a challenge. But there is a lots of paid parking available nearby due to proximity to the train station.
Apartment is on the ground floor so you could hear people with trolleys walking outside. There are windows but were blurred for privacy reasons, hence couldn't get direct sunlight.
