a short walk (5-10min) from a Metropolitan Bus stop, 10 min walk from Park Kennedy and center of Miraflores, 5 min walk to commercial center of Miraflores where you may find, money exchange, restaurants, etc., so, location is good enough for us. The apartment was clean and spacious. The kitchenette was good enough to make tea or heat up meals. Breakfast was good to start your day.
Our room face the street and Diez Canseco street could be busy in rush hours. With Lima drivers habit of honking, light sleepers be warned. We wouldn't hear it anymore after a night. Our room was high enough (9th floor) so it didn't bother us at all. I just put this info out so if you are light sleepers, ask for high floor or those facing away from the street.

A very spacious apartment, big closet, kitchen, shower. Also a good location
Apartment is close to a very busy street and there are spaces between windows that u cannot close, very odd thing… so it’s noisy. Sometimes there’s no hot water in the mornings, especially if u are not the first person taking the shower. Breakfast was very basic
