Some of the issues had been resolved by staff but so many are unclear, this could be fixed up my staff as the property h

The apartment does seem semi new, the location was great and it was within a gated apartment complex I just feel there are some communication issues with the property staff and a few small changes could make this a great location to stay.

- Bad smell on arrival, which was unpleasant from the moment we entered the property. - Only one pillow was provided on the bed initially. We found another pillow in the wardrobe, but it was very dirty and clearly not suitable for use. We contacted the property, and although we were initially told they were unable to come that day to change it as it was just “ a little mark and they had no more pillowcases available that day” we deemed the unacceptable and were later brought a new pillowcase. - The pillows provided on the bed were very flat, meaning they were uncomfortable to sleep on. We had to ask for additional pillows, which the property did eventually provide. - The hot water in the shower would run out, meaning we could not reliably have a normal shower for two people back to back. - The shower stopped draining properly towards the end of the week, taking a long time to clear and making the shower difficult to use. - The shower also had a leak from the top corner on the floor, with water running onto the bathroom floor and causing it to be very slippery. - There was no washing-up liquid provided, despite the accommodation having kitchen facilities. - The property was advertised as having a balcony, but there was no balcony at the accommodation we were given. This is particularly concerning as it is a feature that influenced the booking. - There was a leak/drip inside a cupboard. Over the course of the week it filled a mop bucket, and the water developed a bad smell. This was clearly an ongoing maintenance issue rather than something caused by us and was an annoyance to listen to whilst trying to sleep. - The electricity went off several times. This happened when using several appliances at the same time, including the hairdryer, air conditioning or washing machine. We had to repeatedly restart the electricity ourselves. - The pool situation was not clear from the listing/photos.

Basic option and there is no balcony

The apartment was clean and functional. Good for a basic option.

Quite old building and very basic apartment. Despite the listing stating that the apartment has a balcony, there is no balcony. When I raised the issue with the accommodation, they didn’t even reply. Communication was difficult — it wasn’t clear where I could find the key, and my calls were never answered, only got to communicate with them by WhatsApp messages. At the end of the stay, they sent a message via Booking.com with instructions that made no sense, and when I asked for clarification, they didn’t respond. The following day, before checking out, I tried calling the number and sending a message, and after a while they replied telling me not to communicate through Booking.com because they couldn’t see the messages and that it was an automated message…
