About this apartment rental
This apartment is highly recommended due to its breathtaking sea views. It is located within the Veramar apartment complex on the sea front, with direct access to Playa del Cristo from the pool area. This urbanisation is always maintained to a high standard throughout and has a good feel to it for holiday makers. The apartment is south-west facing and the small balcony provides a great view of the beach and sea. The lounge is a good size and has a large comfortable sofa facing the 52 inch flat screen, on the small balcony there are amazing sea views with a dining area for four guests. The kitchen is very well equipped with all mod cons and provides a nice dining area for six guests. There is also a family bathroom with shower accessed from this area. The en-suite master bedroom has a super king size bed with air conditioning while the second bedroom has two single beds that can be joined together to form a double. The apartment is fully air conditioned. The TV programmes are provided in a selection of languages plus extra English spoken programmes via a private satellite system including Sky and videos on demand along with a fibre optic internet connection. The communal swimming pool is located next to the sea and there is private access down to the sandy beaches from here. Secure parking in the community grounds is also available on a first come, first served basis. There is additional on-street parking about 100 meters from the apartment building. This apartment offers high standard accommodation next to the beach within walking distance of many bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

Ideal situation as it was quiet and sea views perfect. Lovely pool, construction work going on but did not really inconvenience us.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Das Objekt ist sehr geräumig, sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und dekoriert.
Die Klimatisierung hat in allen Räumen einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Internetverbindung über WLAN war sehr stabil und schnell. Alle Haushaltsgeräte waren in sehr gutem Zustand und für uns sehr nützlich.
Die Anlage ist sehr schön begrünt und äußert gepflegt. Der Pool war immer sauber; die Kinder haben sich darin sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Highlight des Objekts war, dass es über einen direkten Zugang zum Strand verfügt. Für eine Familie mit Kindern ist dies ein großer Vorteil und eine erhebliche Zeitersparnis.
Zwei Dinge möchten wir kritisch anmerken, die aber beide die zuständige Agentur (und nicht die Eigentümer oder das Objekt selbst) betreffen.
Erstens, als wir am Anreisetag in der Anlage ankamen, hat niemand auf uns gewartet. Auch im Vorfeld gab es seitens der Agentur keine Auskunft in Bezug auf die Schlüsselübergabe. Dabei gab es schon E-Mail-Verkehr zwischen uns und der Agentur, der aber hauptsächlich auf die Zahlungsmodalitäten beschränkt war. Auch als wir dann am Anreisetag in der Agentur angerufen hatten, hat es niemand für nötig gehalten, in der Anlage vorbeizukommen und mit uns Wohnungsübergabe zu machen. Wir wurden dazu aufgefordert, selbst bei der Agentur vorbeizufahren, um den Schlüssel abzuholen. Das fanden wir suboptimal.
Zweitens: Die Wohnungsbeschreibung inkl. Bilder auf der fewo-Seite sind z.T. nicht aktuell. Das betrifft den Wohnbereich, der aktuell kleiner und anders möbliert ist, als es in der Anzeige steht.
Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
Das Objekt empfehlen wir uneingeschränkt weiter.
