Apartment well located in the most sought-after neighborhood of the capital, Vila Madalena, with all the leisure infrastructure, our Studio is a great option for those seeking practicality and Comfort.
It is located in a privileged location near Beco do Batman and the Vila Madalena metro terminal, making it ideal for those who want to explore more of the city while working or passing through the capital.
The building has a shared laundry room (separate charges apply).
The Studio has an open-concept layout and accommodates up to 4 people, with a queen-size bed and a sofa bed on the balcony.
In the same space, we have a large refrigerator, a home office desk with a comfortable chair, a dining table with necessary utensils for the stay and two chairs, a bathroom with a shower stall, a wardrobe, and a 50-inch 4K smart TV.
A balcony with a door Glass separates the spaces. There is a dining table on site, an enclosed balcony with glass windows and blackout curtains to enjoy the outdoors. We also have hot and cold air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi. In the bathroom, the shower is electric and we provide a hairdryer. The building also has a gym and a rooftop pool. We do not provide a garage, but it is possible to park on the street in front of the building or in a paid parking lot nearby. Guests will have free access to the entire building, except for the party room. Quiet neighborhood. It's a peaceful area where you can find various markets, bars, and restaurants. Besides being close to Beco do Batman, a famous São Paulo tourist spot known for its graffiti-covered walls, and near the Vila Madalena bus terminal, you can easily reach the city's main points using public transportation. It's also easy to get around to other areas of São Paulo using apps like Uber. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire space, as well as free access to the entire condominium, except for the party room.
