We are delighted to welcome you to the "Campagne" cottage, ideal for 4 people. This charming accommodations are located in the small village of Genouilleux, in a peaceful, bucolic setting surrounded by nature. It is situated on a characterful property with a large garden that boasts magnificent views over the fields and the Beaujolais region. We are ideally located for a stopover on a north-south journey or a stay in a popular tourist region, 7 minutes by car from the A6 motorway and Belleville-sur-Saône, 40 minutes from Lyon, 20 minutes from Mâcon Loché train station, and 45 minutes from Lyon-Saint-Exupéry airport. The accommodation: The "Campagne" cottage is ideal for relaxing, breathing fresh air, going for walks, playing sports, and discovering the Beaujolais, Mâconnais, Dombes, Lyon, and its heritage. The independent cottage is on the first floor with stone or lime-plastered walls, terracotta tiles, and respect for the region's architectural style. It is tastefully furnished, making it a charming and very pleasant accommodation, bright and airy. You can enjoy the swimming pool with its scenic views, and the gym. The cottage comfortably accommodates 4 people. It is ideal for couples, families, and friends. Located 500m from Chavagneux Castle, 1.5km from Château des Hardies, and 4km from Château des Charmes, it is therefore ideal for hosting weddings or large wedding celebrations. Guest access: The cottage, with a total surface area of 60m², comprises: - a large main area with a kitchen (cooker, double sink, large work surface), living/dining area, and separate sleeping area (sleeps 2); - a shower room with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet; - a bedroom with a double bed people PGJyPg PGJyPg Outdoor space: The cottage is part of a 2500m² property, fully enclosed. Private parking is available on the property. We will make our lovely 8x3.5 meter swimming pool, reminiscent of a traditional pool, available to you. Subject to conditions, we can also give you access to our gym equipped with stretching and weight training equipment.
