This was an excellent find. It's newly remodeled and had all the small things one may need. It was very clean and comfortable. The only issue wasn't fault of owners (AC/breaker) but they went above and beyond to keep us cool. The communication was great, although occassapp missed the response fue to app issues, their response was always timely. I hope when we're back in the area we are able to book again. I would definitely recommend this home.

The house is very new. Everything was comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. Our host communicated promptly and was kind. It was a wonderful stay! Thank you!

The host responded quickly and communicated well. Definitely family-friendly and close to Joplin downtown. Lots of great places to eat nearby. They had a great binder with lots of details, even where the nearest storm shelter was. Much appreciated.
