A cozy ground-floor apartment located in the quiet seaside town of Marina di Mancaversa, in the heart of Salento. The apartment features a bright living area with a combined living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchenette, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. Outside, there is a spacious front area furnished with a table, chairs, and a beach umbrella—perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners—while the back features an additional outdoor space with a washing machine, sink, and shower.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a double bed and a bunk bed, an ideal solution for families or small groups. The apartment also features a bathroom with a shower.
The sea is easily accessible from the house and features a picturesque low cliff lapped by the crystal-clear waters of the Ionian Sea. Nearby, there is also a small beach with both sand and rocks, while about 1.3 km away lies a long sandy coastline that stretches for kilometers all the way to Gallipoli and Pescoluse. The center of Mancaversa, with its shops, restaurants, pizzerias, and pleasant evening stroll, is within easy walking distance.
The town is ideal for those seeking a vacation focused on relaxation, nature, and the fine cuisine of Salento, but it’s also an excellent starting point for exploring some of Salento’s most beautiful destinations.
Small, well-behaved pets are welcome. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Two bicycles are also available to guests free of charge.
