Enjoy your vacation at the “Familienzeit” vacation home—cross a small bridge to reach this quiet, idyllic half-timbered cottage by the village stream in the Zittau Mountains.
The vacation home is family-friendly and features a spacious garden. It’s the perfect place to relax, explore, and play. The garden features a trampoline, sandbox, and play tower with a slide and swing. The garden, which includes a terrace, also has a barbecue area and offers the chance to sit comfortably by a romantic campfire in the evening (firewood is not provided).
Amenities: Wi-Fi, central heating, electricity (an additional flat fee applies for charging electric cars and e-bikes), hand towels, shower towels, and bed linens included; beach package available upon request (beach towels, picnic blanket, beach shelter, beach umbrella), separate fully equipped kitchen (including fondue, raclette, and baking supplies) with dining area, 1 large bathroom with toilet/bathtub/shower, 1 separate toilet, hair dryer/flat iron, a second shower is planned, 1 large living room, 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed (1.40 wide), 1 children’s bedroom/playroom with a mid-height bed, ping-pong table, foosball/pool table, punching bag, patio furniture, TV, DVD player (DVDs provided), radio/CD/cassette player, board games, washing machine, and indoor and outdoor clothes racks. Baby equipment including a high chair, bottle warmer, potty, toys, and a crib. Upon request: rollaway bed, baby bathtub, changing table, and playpen.
Bicycle storage is available in the rear building.
Parking spaces for your car are available right next to the house; please note the carport height.
One medium-sized pet is allowed.

The 3 bedrooms are equipped with:
• 2 double beds for 4 people
• 2 sofa beds for up to 4 people
• 1 half-high bunk bed for up to 2 children
Additionally, 2 cribs for toddlers, 1 rollaway bed for babies, and a folding bed for emergencies are available. Please inform the host when booking.
On-site costs: The guest tax is not included in the room rate (for more information, visit https://www.gaestekarte-oberlausitz.com/) Pet fee: one-time fee of 50.00 € (not included in the room rate)
Check-in is from 3:00 to 00:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 11:00.
