The Panorama-DeLUXE Apartment is a modern, fully equipped vacation rental in a stunning location with panoramic views of St. Martin on the Southern Wine Route. The apartment is located on the top floor of a completely renovated building and offers 75 m² of space for up to 4 people—ideal for couples and small families looking for spacious accommodations.
The vacation rental includes a private parking space directly in front of the building, a small furnished terrace, and—upon request—a barbecue area and bicycle garage. The non-smoking apartment is sustainably heated using a heat pump and powered by solar energy.
The quiet location offers an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours, and a relaxing vacation surrounded by nature. The historic town center, with its restaurants, wine taverns, and vineyards, is within walking distance.
Please note: The town center is closed to all vehicles on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m.

The open-concept living and dining area with an integrated kitchen is the heart of the apartment. Large windows let in plenty of light and offer a view of the town. The modern kitchen with a cooking island is fully equipped. The dining table comfortably seats up to six people. In the living area, a cozy sofa invites you to relax; it can also be used as a sofa bed for two people if needed. Wi-Fi and TV are, of course, available.
The separate bedroom features a comfortable 2 × 2-meter bed for restful nights under the skylight, as well as plenty of storage space in the walk-in closet. The modern, naturally lit bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower—perfect for unwinding after hikes or bike rides. A washing machine is also available.
On-site fees: • We accept payments by bank transfer only! • Minimum stay: 3 nights • Starting with the fifth night, the daily rate is reduced by 10 euros • Final cleaning is included in the price
