About this apartment rental
The Golf Residence is located directly on the Grömitz golf course in a quiet, idyllic setting.
This extensively renovated and fully furnished 2-room apartment, measuring approximately 57 square meters, leaves nothing to be desired.
The brightly decorated living room offers plenty of space for 4 people. A high-quality sleeper sofa lets you sleep as comfortably as in your own bed.
For entertainment, the living area features a 40-inch flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray DVD/CD player, and a stereo system. Wi-Fi is, of course, also available and free of charge for you.
The open kitchen is equipped with all the essential kitchen appliances for your vacation stay.
The bathroom, featuring a floor-to-ceiling shower, is tiled in light and brown tones and offers plenty of space for your personal belongings.
The entire apartment is floored with high-quality wood-look vinyl laminate.
From the bedroom—which features a double bed, a guest bed (for one person), and a closet—you can access the approximately 34 m² rooftop terrace with patio furniture, just as you can from the living room.
Two parking spaces are included with the apartment. Bicycles you bring with you can be stored in a guest bike storage room.
There is a restaurant in the golf club building.
A shared coin-operated washer and dryer are located in the basement.
